I was asked to design a logo for Kinkh, an adult only app.

Kinkh is a social network where all kinds of forbidden reveries are welcomed. A social network created for swinging couples but open to all types of sexual fantasies. It represents a safe place for those who are willing to share their desires, passions and deepest impulses. Prejudice, gender or sexual orientation discrimination are completely forbidden. 

This represented quite a challenge because I needed to think out of the box. I had to find solutions suitable for such a wide audience while conveying a playful representation of the service.

Challenges

• No specific sexual orientation, wide range target
• Representing activities that fall outside of sex that society traditionally considers acceptable

Solutions

• Funny and playful mascotte no gender related
• Rubber toys with strong colours (ref. sex toy)
• Mask that can conveys idea of mystery, swinging, bondage
